Yes. There are no long-term contracts — you can cancel your subscription anytime from the billing page in your client portal, and it simply won't renew.
Metered parking payments are processed through Stripe and paid out directly to your connected Stripe account — ParkHere never holds your revenue.
Nothing for residential visitor passes — those are covered by your subscription. For metered parking, visitors pay the hourly rate and tax you set for the lot.
