Officers and tow companies per client

ParkHere is free for patrol officers and tow companies. Property companies add officers by mobile number and tow companies by email; officers see the live plate list for each location code they cover, and tow requests arrive by email with one-click Accept or Reject links that never expire.

How officers patrol

Three steps to a verified lot

1

The property adds you

The property company enters each officer's name and 10-digit Canadian mobile number and assigns the location codes they cover. Unlimited officers, no charge.

2

Sign in by phone

Officers open parkhere.ai, tap Get Pass and sign in with their number and the 6-digit code sent by text. Because the number matches an officer record, a Patrol card appears on the dashboard.

3

Type the code, see the plates

Type a location code you are assigned to and see every plate with an active or expired pass, residential and metered, with minutes since expiry. Searchable, refreshed every 30 seconds.

How a tow request reaches you

From the plate list to your inbox

1

An officer requests service

From the plate list the officer picks your company, enters the plate, vehicle color and notes, and taps Request. One pending request per plate per location.

2

You get an email with two buttons

Subject: Tow Request - PLATE at Property. Inside: plate, vehicle color, address, the requesting officer's phone number, the time requested, notes, and Accept and Reject. No account needed, and the links never expire.

3

Your answer shows on the patrol page

One click opens a confirmation page and the officer sees your answer on their patrol page within about 30 seconds. ParkHere does not text anyone about it; the officer keeps the page open while the request is pending.

FAQ

Partner questions

What patrol companies and tow operators ask first.

No. Patrol officers and tow companies are free for every ParkHere client, with no limit on how many a property adds. The property company pays the ParkHere subscription. There is no software to buy, no license per officer and nothing to install.
No. Officers use the browser on their phone. They sign in at parkhere.ai with a Canadian mobile number and a 6-digit code sent by text; that sign-in code is the only text message ParkHere sends. Because the number matches an officer record, a Patrol card appears on their dashboard.
By email, titled Tow Request, with the plate, vehicle color, address, requesting officer phone number, time and notes, plus Accept and Reject buttons. Each link works once and does not expire. If the officer cancels first, a second email tells you no action is needed.
Yes. Each property company that works with you adds your officers and assigns the location codes they should cover, and adds your dispatch email for tow requests. Officers only see plate lists for the codes assigned to them. A tow request is always for one plate at one location.
No. ParkHere shows which plates have an active or expired pass and records every tow request and response. Private lots in Canada cannot issue municipal tickets; enforcement is typically a warning followed by a tow under provincial trespass rules, with posted signage, a licensed operator and a request from the owner or agent. Confirm with your municipality or lawyer.
